330 Million Dollars Plus The “Magic Mike” franchise And The Tangled Channing Tatum Divorce Trial

Once a power couple, Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum have slipped into an ugly battle over the finances of one of Channing Tatum’s most successful movie franchises.

Although they claim to remain amicable, rumors surrounding their divorce terms have been going on for the last six years.

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum first met during their movie “Step Up” shoot in September 2005. Channing had just emerged from a long-term relationship and was not looking for anything serious. But as time passed by, he knew what he felt about Jenna was not temporary.

They finally began dating shortly after and showed up at events and festivals. They went strong for the next two years and married in July 2009. “It was a story right out of a fairytale novel, or so we thought.” The next step was evident for the couple, going strong for five years; they were blessed with a baby girl on May 31, 2013.

The perfect love story hit its first rock bottom in April 2017 when Jenna opened up in an interview and discussed how everything was not roses and petals in the relationship. Finally, in April 2018, they announced what we were all speculating about. Both Channing and Jenna took to Instagram to announce their separation.

It has been over six years since they announced their separation, but the legal battle doesn’t look like it will end anytime soon. As per speculators, one of the major issues hindering the divorce is the agreement between the two parties on the profits of the successful franchise “Magic Mike.”

Tatum starred in a 3-part film called “Magic Mike” and produced these blockbuster movies, which earned hundreds of millions at the box office.

Dewan allegedly claimed in court that Tatum used “marital funds” to acquire “Magic Mike’s” intellectual property, making Jenna an equal profit partner.

They both maintain a cordial relationship, happily co-parenting their child and want to get past all the legal matters as quickly as possible.

Both are happily in relationships with other people; Tatum is engaged to Zoë Kravitz, who is about to make her directorial debut with “Blink Twice,” which stars Tatum in the lead role. Dewan expects a second child with her partner and former “Shameless” star Steve Kazee.
